Le contrat<\/h3>\n<p>Le pr\u00e9sent contrat est consenti au locataire \u00e0 titre touristique et est de nature saisonni\u00e8re.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0843d0d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0843d0d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>2. Dur\u00e9e du s\u00e9jour<\/h3>\n<p>Le pr\u00e9sent contrat est conclu pour une dur\u00e9e d\u00e9termin\u00e9e et ne pourra en aucune circonstance se pr\u00e9valoir d\u2019un quelconque droit au maintien dans les lieux \u00e0 l\u2019issue du s\u00e9jour.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4894b95 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4894b95\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>3. Arriv\u00e9e<\/h3><p>Le locataire doit 48 heures avant son arriv\u00e9e, sp\u00e9cifier par mail son horaire d\u2019arriv\u00e9e 17h ou 18h. Il doit se pr\u00e9senter le jour pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 et l\u2019heure mentionn\u00e9e. En cas d\u2019arriv\u00e9e tardive ou diff\u00e9r\u00e9e, le locataire doit pr\u00e9venir le propri\u00e9taire.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-06507d9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"06507d9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>4. Etat des Lieux<\/h3><p>Un inventaire est \u00e9tabli en commun et sign\u00e9 par le locataire et le propri\u00e9taire ou son repr\u00e9sentant \u00e0 l\u2019arriv\u00e9e et au d\u00e9part du g\u00eete. Cet inventaire constitue la seule r\u00e9f\u00e9rence en cas de litige concernant l\u2019\u00e9tat des lieux.<\/p><p>L\u2019\u00e9tat de propret\u00e9 du g\u00eete \u00e0 l\u2019arriv\u00e9e du locataire devra \u00eatre constat\u00e9 dans l\u2019\u00e9tat des lieux. Le nettoyage des locaux est \u00e0 la charge du locataire pendant la p\u00e9riode de location et avant son d\u00e9part.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3fe53ba elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3fe53ba\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>5. Utilisation des lieux<\/h3><p>Le locataire devra assurer le caract\u00e8re paisible de la location et en faire usage conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la destination des lieux.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a38e3d4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a38e3d4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>6. Capacit\u00e9<\/h3><p>Le pr\u00e9sent contrat est \u00e9tabli pour une capacit\u00e9 maximum de :<\/p><p>\u2013 8 personnes pour la villa M\u00e9lina<\/p><p>\u2013 4 personnes pour le bungalow Sonia<\/p><p>\u2013 4 personnes pour le bungalow Damien<\/p><p>Si le nombre de locataires d\u00e9passe la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019accueil, le propri\u00e9taire peut refuser les personnes suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bbe16bf elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bbe16bf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>7. Animaux<\/h3><p>Le pr\u00e9sent contrat pr\u00e9cise que le locataire ne peut s\u00e9journer en compagnie d\u2019un animal domestique sauf accord pr\u00e9alable express du propri\u00e9taire. En cas de non -respect de cette clause par le locataire, le propri\u00e9taire refusera les animaux.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a477575 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a477575\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>8. Assurances<\/h3><p>Le locataire est responsable de tous les dommages survenant de son fait. Litige<\/h3>\n<p>Toute r\u00e9clamation relative \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat des lieux et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat des descriptifs lors d\u2019une location doit \u00eatre remise au propri\u00e9taire dans les 48 heures \u00e0 compter de l\u2019entr\u00e9e dans les lieux.
